Hi,

I purchased 5 activation codes for HMI and one of them gives me unknown error when I try to use it.

Any ideas ?

It seems that you may have encountered this issue in the past as well, but you did not state the root cause. Is it possible that this error has occurred due to similar circumstance?

Hi Brendon,

Yes, I had a similar issue before but that one was fixed just by swapping an O with a 0.
In this activation code has none of those and its brand new, I already used the other 4 only this one says unknown error.

Was the code sent via email by someone on our team or provided as an activation card?
