When updating the firmware on the CMT3102X without the need for Codesys, do we still use the CMT+Codesys Firmware version 20240507.722?

The firmware file described above is only for Weintek’s CODESYS. To update the HMI firmware you will need to obtain a firmware file from support@weintekusa.com. However, due to an internal policy these requests are fulfilled only in limited circumstances such as when a specific OS is required to unlock a needed feature or to fix a known issue.

To request the appropriate firmware for your device, please send an email to support@weintekusa.com with the HMI serial number along with the reason for the firmware request (we must submit a reason to the developers to obtain this file).
