Has the ability to set a function key object to “window title bar” been removed for the CMTX series HMIs? If so, is it possible to change the background color of the title bar if “Use title bar” is selected on the pop up display button?

The “Title bar” is available on cMT-X series HMIs, but currently it is not possible to change the background color of a title bar:
Note: While “Display popup window” is enabled, the “Title bar /Position” option will be displayed.
Although it is not possible to change the default color of the title bar, you can change the description that it will display:
