Is it possible to assign an Easy Access code to an HMI and register it for testing purposes and then later (in the field) reassign that same Easy Access code to the customer’s HMI and register it? Thanks

During activation, the EasyAccess 2.0 license is essentially “married” to the HMI for life. This means that a license cannot be transferred or removed. Similarly, a pre-licensed HMI cannot be deactivated. If you have an HMI on your test bench, I would recommend that you purchase an EasyAccess 2.0 license for this unit or add this HMI to your domain using the “30 days free trial” feature as shown below:
