Can you upload the current security users? (Enhanced Security Mode)

• EasyBuilder Pro Version: V6.10.01465 Build 2025.09.03

I remotely access and make changes per customer requests, but each time I download they need to add users they have created outside of what I have saved in the program. I have tried uploading the program and backing up from the web interface but have not been able to find a solution.

Thank you for you question.

Could you check if the “Use existing user account setting on HMI first” option is selected within your security tab of your project and see if this resolves the issue.
