Problem Summary

The cMT2078X runtime activates successfully, firmware updates successfully, and the target is detected by CODESYS. However, the Weintek CODESYS and Remote IO package cannot be installed completely because of a library compatibility conflict.

Installation Error

Package installation stops with:

Base_Itfs.compiled-library-v3

Interface library is not compatible to existing versions.

Checked against:
Base Interfaces, 3.5.2.0 (System)

Reason:
Function ‘real64__to__any64’ renamed or deleted

    Yes.

  2. Is Base Interfaces 3.5.2.0 expected to remain installed?
    You should not need to install other libraries as long as the recommended version of CODESYS was completely installed. Per Arden’s request above, can you please provide a screenshot?

  3. Is an additional prerequisite package required before installing Weintek CODESYS and Remote IO Package 1.5.3.529?
    No.

  4. Is there a newer or older package version recommended for cMT2078X Runtime 20250926?
    You should use the install the latest package.

  5. Can you provide the correct package/library combination needed to resolve the Base Interfaces conflict?
    We are not familiar with this issue, but are speculation is that the CODESYS development environment did not install correctly or completely. Can you please re-attempt install and make sure that the complete install is performed?

Hello, sorry for the delayed response. I was able to download the missing libraries from Weintek through Codesys Library Manager. I appreciate the effort!
