“REPOSTING” to General Q&A
We have a cMT2108X2v2 that we are able to PING Ethernet 2 successfully, but unable to PING Ethernet 1. Ethernet 1 is giving us “Unreachable Errors”. We need to utilize both ports.
Our current configuration is:
Ethernet 1 IP: 192.168.5.1 subnet mask 255.255.255.0
Ethernet 2 IP: 192.168.5.50 subnet mask 255.255.255.0
The computer IP we are using to PING is 192.168.5.100 (same subnet mask)
Please advise any suggestions to properly activate Port 1 / Ethernet 1.

Hi @psimm ,
Please try placing Ethernet 1 on a different subnet from Ethernet 2 and see if the ping is successful.
If not successful, please create a post and upload images of your set up or could you describe more of how your project is set up.
