I started a CMT-X 3-month trial yesterday and I am wondering if there is something wrong with my setup because all of the tags in my project are offline.
My steps:
-Connected the HMI to wifi via a wifi module (currently pings successfully)
-Activated trial (shows trial is activated)
-Created tags in weincloud
-Synced those tags to EBPro, assigned addresses, and downloaded the project to the HMI
-Created a dashboard project using those tags.
The result is that all of the tags in “data source” are showing as “offline”. Can you help troubleshoot?

Within EasyBuilder Pro, navigate to the “Weincloud” tab and select “Dashboard.” In the “Address” tab of the Weincloud Server, you will find “Status” and “Error” addresses. You can use these addresses to help troubleshoot Weincloud connectivity issues. Could you please use these “Status” and “Error” registers within your project and tell us the values?

The values are currently 0 and 0.
I have a feeling that my issue may be related to our firewall- I was successful in using dashboard with a different HMI in a different building (with a less restrictive firewall). I’m looking into this at the moment.

Could you try using the Weincloud Server’s control address to start the server?

Does it typically take a while to reconnect to Weincloud after updating a project? I’m running into the same issue and am now receiving error 100 upon sending the command “1”. Does the command to start need to be a momentary command, else it errors out? Is there anything else you would recommend trying?

Could you please try issuing the stop command, wait a moment, then issue the start command (one time)?
