When doing the offline simulation, it works as expected. When I load it onto the HMI however, it does not generate files on the USB. Neither accessing via FTP, nor pulling the USB drive out and connecting it to a computer shows any data on the USB drive at all.

This form won’t allow me to attach the cmtp file.

I do have the screen set to allow FTP to modify USB/SD card data

What do I need to set differently on the screen to get the csv output working?

Hi @jjansen,

Please confirm that your USB drive is in FAT32 format as that may be the issue. If you’re having problems exporting after that, please reach out to support@weintekusa.com.

From what I’m reading, FAT32 is only usable on drives up to 4GB. I have a 60GB drive for testing and an 8GB drive for production.

exFAT didn’t seem to work either. Do I have to partition the drive down to 4GB?

Hey @jjansen,

4GB is the maximum file size for FAT32 format. The maximum FAT32 drive size is 32GB.
