i have an issue, that i cant connect my plc (schneider M251) using machine expert to my HMI, everytime i try, the device always no respon

im using TM251MESC, i do follow the step, but its always device no respond

Hi @izzyskate01,

Can you verify that:

  • User account management is disabled
  • POU is set within MAST
  • During Online Simulation. does the same error still show?

Could you also send us a screen shot of the scan below and your system parameters setup within EB pro.
