We purchased 6x MT8053IE displays for remote access. I powered them up today. I am using the latest revisions of Easy Builder and Easy Access2.0 software. Units are reading PLC perfectly and sending Alarm e-mail messages perfectly. The units came with an Easy Access License and the license has been applied to the Weincloud.net account. the Display shows in Easy Access 2.0 but is always offline with no connection possible. Easy access has been enabled on the display , but shows an error 12 when connecting. Any thoughts?

Error code 12 relates to a certificate error. Can you ensure the “Time/Date” is correct on your HMI. Within your network, can you also ensure the following IPs are whitelisted, as these addresses are needed to connect to Easy Access.
