If I have made just a few changes to the attached device tag list, can I add/delete individual tags or must I download the entire taglist again?

Thank you for your question. At this time, it looks like individual tag additions or deletions are not supported once the device tag list has been imported.

If changes are made, the updated tag list will likely need to be re-imported in full to ensure tags remain properly synchronized.
