• HMI Model: MT6070HI
• Easy Builder 8000
  • Installed Font as per instructed EasyB uilder 8000 will not show the font.
    • EasyBuilderPro shows the fonts no problem.
    • Shows up in all other programs as well I use as well.

Thank you for your question. To help narrow down this issue, what error code (if any) are you receiving? Is it occurring at compile time or is the font compiling but not displaying correctly on the HMI? Please provide screenshots of the issue if possible.

I am getting no errors and the HMI is using the font. I needed to a backup and restore onto a new but same model HMI. When I did this it did not show the font correctly. So I decompiled the program and system told me I did not have DF7 fonts installed. So I installed the fonts for All Users and they will not show in EasyBuilder 8000 text drop down menu. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the program. Deleted and reinstalled the fonts as per directed. I tried other fonts as well and they will not show.
