Communication is via EtherNet/IP. Not hard to figure out how to read & write the E300. Able to write to the E300 and reset a trip, but I just am unable to command the E300 to close/control one of the 3 built-in relays (one used to control a contactor). I keep getting CIP error code 0xc (as seen with WireShark) which means something like “Object is not in the right mode”.
I followed everything in the user manual and what AB support has told me…
I’m hoping someone has experience with an E300 and software that is not Allen Bradley.
