I have cmt2167x HMI on our newer production equipment and my Easybuilder pro doesn’t have cmt2167x on the model list. how can I resolve this?

The cMT2167X is a Weinview HMI, not Weintek. Weinview distributes products to the Chinese market, the software often requires simplified Chinese and under some circumstances a Chinese instance of Windows as well.

If you need Weinview software or support, please contact your overseas distributor or Weinview directly.

Beside @Aaron.S suggestion, you may contact the machine builder of your production equipment regarding this matter. The machine builder should contact Weinview for you since they purchase the CMT2167X from a Weinview distributor.

Another point is that you may need permission from your machine builder to open, modify, and access the project file. Certain machine builders set up a password or other measures to prevent users from accessing the project file that they built.
