My new 3162x v2 is not retaining RW values. Is there some setting that has been changed causing this to happen? What is the best course of action?

Hi @cncgeorge,

RW memory values are saved once per minute. If the RW register’s value is updated outside of the interval of saving, it may not be retained if a reboot is initiated.
