I am unable to view several screens in EasyBuilder Pro software and cannot find where to remedy this issue at. Can anyone help? Much appreciated!

Typically, this issue can be resolved by adjusting the display settings as shown:

  1. Locate the installation directory of EasyBuilder Pro. By default, it should be located within C:\EBpro:

  2. Within the installation directory (e.g. C:\EBpro) open the “DisplaySetting” application:

  3. Close EasyBuilder Pro and associated software. Within the “DisplaySetting” application select “Software render” and click “Ok”:

  4. Re-open EasyBuilder Pro and advise if the issue is resolved.
