Is it possible to have “Multi factor Authentication” when signing into EasyAccess 2.0 on a cell phone?

You will have to sign in your Weincloud admin on the portal to activate MFA.
On the top right corner, click “Edit my Profile”.
Then find the MFA option on the Account Profile menu and set it up.
This works great for the admin. When I log in as a user it doesn’t work. Is there a way to use MFA when logging in as a user?
I believe a user have to sign in its Weincloud account on the portal to activate its individual MFA. Once activated, MFA will be applied when logging in as the user.
I tried that but when I was setting it up its supposed to email me the confirm code to complete it, I never got it. The email is the same as the one I used as an admin, so I know there isn’t an issue with the email.
How about trying a different email address for the user?
