Unless you have other devices connected using the 5/04 serial port don’t configure the 5/04 serial port as DH485… configure it as DF1.. otherwise you will need additional hardware and DH485 is obsolete and slow.. and by anyone’s standards very very very bad. If you have a 5/03 and you are using the DH485 port you will still need additional h/w such as a AIC+ module. Bob
