the 5/04 doesn’t support Ethernet.. that would need to be a 5/05… so you are probably using the serial port on the 5/04… or you could be using a very old KF unit which goes from serial to DH+. If you are using the serial port you need to see how its setup.. could be DF1 or DH485.. if only the Weintek is connected to the port, you should use DF1… and you should post the port setup so others can determine how the Weintek needs to be configured and the cabling required.
