Hi,
I’m trying to export backup data in .csv format, following the instructions from your video (How to backup historical data as a csv within EasyBuilder Pro).
Unfortunately, I can’t include a screenshot, but I’m unable to select the CSV format as shown at minute 3:56 in the video. The option simply doesn’t appear in my interface.

I attempted the export anyway, but the file that gets created is in .db format instead of .csv.
Could you please advise on how to resolve this?

Thank you for contributing to our forum.

We made some updates to the settings, could you try uploading the images now. Please include the data sampling set up as well as the back up object set up.

Hi Aaron,

We were able get ours set up doing the following:

Date/History> Backup (Per-page)

General (tab)> File source: Historical data sampling

Range>(select)

Trigger> Mode: Touch trigger

Output (tab)> Backup position: USB

Storage format> Format: Comma Separated Values (*.csv)
