I have my CMT online with my building ethernet. I can see my building IP address on the HMI, the CMT Viewer can also work. When I enter my Codesys activation code with or without dashes I get code 100, cant get to the internet.

Thank you for contributing to our forum. For the Codesys activation, are you using LAN 1 for your ethernet connection?

I switched to lan1. It worked.
I thought I saw instructions to use LAN2

  • LAN 1 must be connected to internet
  • LAN 1 needs valid DNS and gateway
  • After activation & reboot, LAN 1 belongs to CODESYS and LAN 2 can be used to connect the HMI to internet.
