Issues Sending Emails and Setting up SMTP

I am trying to set up my SMTP settings to be able to send emails, but when I send a test email get this error “[109] Function Socket Select Failed.”

I am using outlook.

Any help resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated Thank you.

Thank you for your question. To better understand the cause of this error message, could you please confirm which mail hosting service you are using (for example Outlook/Microsoft 365, Gmail, Yahoo, etc.)?
