What needs to happen before you pull the micro SD card out of the HMI.
If i pull the card out it’s locked, so I’m assuming you need to safely remove the card by activating a mode within the HMI parameters?

Before removing the SD card / USB disk, or disconnecting from the database server, please synchronize the event log data using the control address.
Furthermore, I suggest setting up a combo button with the Safely remove USB disk/SD card action.

When i hit this button the Bit Lamp doesn’t indicate that the state has changed. I remove the SD Card and it’s locked.

Is your SD card formatted to FAT32 and what OS version are you running are you running on your HMI?
