Network ports for CMT viewer and local webview access

I have a system installed at a customer site that has very tight IT security enforced. The operator has asked me if they can view the HMI from their desktop, and I know I can let them access the display view webview or CMT Viewer, but beyond getting IT to set us up with credentials to receive an IP address, do I need to have them unlock/open any ports for us to allow this?

Hi @kcoiner,

Below is the TCP port list for the cMT/cMTX series HMI. The ports denoted in red are associated with WebView and cMT Viewer/Diagnoser. Though it probably wouldn’t hurt to open the other ports on this list.

Thanks Cody! What manual is that out of? I spent 30 minutes looking for it this morning before I gave up and posted here.
