Thank you for your question! Our documentation does not specify the maximum number of fingerprints that can be registered to a single user. We recommend testing with the Fingerprint control addresses listed below to help confirm the limit.
Additionally, there is currently no built-in feature in EasyBuilder Pro to limit each user account to a single fingerprint registration. However, as a workaround, you can send a command value of 4 (remove fingerprint by username) or a value of 5 (remove fingerprint by User Index) to the fingerprint command address before registering a new fingerprint for that user.

I have one additional question: Is there any way to retrieve or check the number of fingerprints currently registered to a specific user account, either by username or User Index, using fingerprint control addresses, system registers, or any other method in EasyBuilder Pro?
I would like to display the number of registered fingerprints for each user on my HMI.

Currently, EasyBuilder Pro does not document a built-in function or system register to retrieve the number of fingerprints associated with a specific username or User Index.
