Where can I find the session ID and password on a cMT-SVR-202?

I am in Weincloud, Device window. Then I clicked +Add HMI, then “EasyAccess 2.0” where it asks for Session ID and Password. Where do I get this information?

I have purchased only the cMT-SVR-202 and successfully connected to it using CMT Viewer and can see it on EasyAccess 2.0 as well.
