We only provide the upgrade file on a case-by-case basis. What seems to be the issue?

on a Cmt-g03 i have an os version 20180810 which seems quite old on my cmt-g02 i have an OS version 20221213, i need to pass a cybersecurity audit and i was wondering if there is any OS update available no real issue yet
