Why does cMT diagnoser show a "Polling..." message for Wago PLC variables

  • EasyBuilder Pro Version: 6.10.01.510

I’m connected with a Wago 752-8303 PLC and can read/write data, but I get “Waiting for PLC” messages often and the Diagnoser shows many variables switching between valid data and “Polling”.

I’ve tried various iterations of UDP and TCP/IP, with various polling rates and timeout settings, but nothing I’ve tried gets me the solid connections I’m accustomed to. I can send my tag xml file if that will help troubleshoot.

Could you please send us screenshots of the polling data you pulled from the diagnoser, along with screenshots of the system parameters with the device set up, if possible?
