I have an OIT CMT3151 that is sending alarms through email, and all EasyAccess settings look correct and show connected. Yet it shows offline with I login to the EasyAccess Application.

Hi @bdrapeau,

Since this unit is a bit older, the issue may be related to a certificate expiry. Can you please follow the steps within this post: Link and advise if the issue is resolved?
