Why does EasyBuilder Pro show that my HMI needs an OS update?

Aloha Forum Folks!
EasyBuilder Pro states unable to download project to HMI due to incompatible OS. The download error message states OS needs to be updated. OS does not come with latest version of EasyBuilder. Only firmware (runtime) comes with the latest version of EasyBuilder Pro. OS download instructions state that OS must be specifically requested from Weintek or its distributors.

Is there a link or source for the OS file?

SOLVED:
Rebooted HMI. The download pointed to the correct address instead of an Emerson RX3i PLC. The Weintek OS download error pops up if trying to download to an active network device that isn’t a Weintek HMI.
