After I downloaded my project to the cMT, the HMI reboots, but the display comes back to the “cMT Series” splash screen. It does not run the downloaded project.
Everything looks correct on the download - connects, downloads, extracts, reboots, finished.
My startup window is set to “10” in System Parameters.
Why does my HMI get stuck on the cMT screen at boot?

Prior to downloading this application, did you enable “Runtime”?
If possible, can you please re-enable runtime or ensure that “Runtime” is enabled and re-download this project?

Yes. Everything on the EBpro side is set up like every other download I’ve done. See below:
When you have a moment, can you please advise what version of EB Pro 6.09+ you are using?
Also, can you please advise the HMI’s OS version for my reference?
- Select the orange settings button located in the top left corner of the HMI:

Note: For anyone else that may have questions related to this topic, here is the result of our findings.
The issue may be resolved by upgrading from 6.09.01.605 to 6.09.02.338+. In the event that your HMI does not seem to complete the ‘reboot’ sequence and displays a variation of the following screen:
please upgrade to the latest version of EasyBuilder Pro, re-compile, and re-download your project to the device.
