Why is the customize option missing on format tab for numeric properties?

Thank you for your question. Are you looking to configure a customized display format within the Format tab? If so, you can enable this by selecting Customized from the Display Format drop-down menu.

If this is not the feature you are referring to, could you please share a screenshot of the issue you are experiencing?

I seems to work sometimes for integers, but not with reals.

Thank you for the clarification. Float and Double data formats for Customized display formatting within a Numeric object are only supported on cMT and cMT X series models, as outlined in the EasyBuilder Pro manual.
