Thank you for contributing to our community. To add a language to your existing project, please review the instructions within this post: Link. Also, please note that the fastest way to add new labels to your project is as follows:

  1. Double-click an object to open the object properties menu. Within this menu, select the “Label” or “Font” tab:

  2. Assuming the object has an existing label, click the “Add to label tag library” button:

  3. Within the popup window, choose the label tag name and click “OK”:

  4. Select the “Label tag Library…” button:

  5. Click the “Settings…” button or use type directly within the “Lanuage 2” or Language _" option to enter a new translation:

  6. To use the new ‘language’, follow the instructions within the tutorial mentioned above.

So, based on your comments and the videos i watched last night, i will need to do this for every object already developed in the project?

Most software i have used, a running tab is done as you develop objects. then if another language is needed, just add the extra language, and fill in the column with the translation.
did not want to over do, but if that is the process, i can understand.

That is correct, these object labels must be configured to use references from the label library. It is good practice, to use the same label tag reference for buttons that have similar labels to reduce duplicate translations.

Also, can you please advise what software you used that had the ‘running tab’ feature noted above?

You can select multiple objects, right-click the mouse, and select “Add to label tag library”.

Then you can add the extra language.

tried to select all on page, no dice, then per attached, only had two selected. still not seeing (when i right click/drop down ) where i can add.

That option is available in EBpro v6.09.02. Your version may be the old one.

with that said, if i update software, will that cause conflict when i go to update the touch screen (if it on a certain version(firmware))??

Before upgrading EBpro software, please ensure you have a backup project saved in your PC in case potential critical issue occurs when using EBpro v6.09.02 to run your existing project. The firmware between v6.08 and v6.09 are different. Using the latest version of v6.09 is recommended.
