Introduction:
A cMT-X series HMI can be accessed locally by physically interacting with the HMI’s display or remotely from another device running cMT Viewer, VNC, or WebView. However, please note that some features do not work when connecting remotely from a cMT Viewer client (IOS, Android, PC, iPC, cMT-iV5/iV6), even if they work on the local cMT-X machine. Although these limitations do not affect VNC or WebView clients, please consider this when designing projects.

Note: Any feature not mentioned within the table above is assumed to work on any platform.
*While using a 3rd party VNC app, the number of concurrent VNC sessions allowed by the VNC server are up to 10. However, too many sessions may impact HMI performance. We recommend a maximum of two concurrent VNC connections.
